We only use professional companies to carry out our tenant referencing, move in inventories and regular condition reports/property inspections. As members of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme all tenants’ deposits are properly dealt with and certificated. This means you don’t have to worry about anything..

Our team of carefully selected maintenance companies ensure the smooth running on a day to day basis of the homes we have to let. This makes sure that your home/investment is maintained at the maximum value for renting and if required future selling..

We currently let and manage over hundreds of homes, not just in the village of Corfe Mullen but in the surrounding areas of Wimborne, Broadstone and Poole. .

We offer full management, or if required rent collection service or tenant find only. These are at highly competitive commission rates. We do not ‘add’ to any maintenance/work bills. What the job is charged at is what you pay.

Other Fees

An initial set up fee of £380 inc. vat for the arrangement of a tenancy (this includes finding the tenant/s, referencing the tenant/s, preparing inventories & condition reports, registering the tenants deposit, serving of notices, preparation and signing of the lease) for the rental period.

If a tenancy ends within twelve months of its original start date and we arrange a new tenancy a reduced fee of £240 inc. vat shall be payable.

If at the end of a tenancy you decide to take possession of the above property a final move out charge of £120 inc. vat will be payable and deducted from the final months’ rent.
