Starting estate agency in the early 90's, just as the property market crashed, meant learning the ropes the hard way. Jason rose quickly through the ranks of a corporate estate agent in the local area. He moved into independent estate agency in 1996 helping to build a local firm into a leading estate agent in the Bournemouth and Poole area. In 2001 Jason and Debbie purchased Richards Estate Agents and have seen in go from strength to strength, firmly establishing itself as the number one choice if you are thinking of buying, selling or letting in and around Corfe Mullen. Jason is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents.

With her attention to detail and desire to ensure that everyone that we deal with receives nothing but the best service an agent can offer, Debbie keeps the office running in a simple but structured way that allow the rest of the team concentrate on helping clients move home. Debbie and Jason have worked together for many years and since owning Richards have formed an excellent husband and wife team that work on the philosophy of treating everybody with respect, honesty and a smile. Debbie is very proud of some 200 thank you cards and letters displayed in the office. "It make us realise how kind people are to take the time to thank us for the good job we do but we can't rest on our laurels as we are now working hard on the next hundred!"

James is a local family man with a young daughter and has worked with Jason and Debbie since 1996. "I believe in the same philosophy as Jason and Debbie and enjoy helping people move home by taking on the challenges that brings". A successful estate agent for over 20 years, James in known and respected throughout the local area mixing his vast experience and tenacity to ensure your move take place. "We do not pressure people into making a move that they don’t want. Too many agents think mainly of their commission and not about helping their clients." James is very proud of the high level of repeat and recommended business that Richards carry out, proving that they do things the right way.

Having lived in the village for many years Gaynor has unrivalled local knowledge and is always answering questions a potential buyer or tenant may have regarding the village and amenities.
The longest serving member of staff (she worked for Richards before Jason and Debbie took over) she works in tandem with Debbie to ensure the smooth running of the sales and letting departments on a day to day basis.
